There are so many places to seek advice on canine issues.
When Vic’s epilepsy got worse this is the site I visited the most because it was packed with so much useful advice –
http://www.doggysnaps.com/ is a site where ypou can upload your doggy pics. There is also a forum where you can get advice on dog care from other dog owners.
ADOPTING A DOG
We got Benjy from Dogs Trust and I would thoroughly recommend that anyone wanting a dog thinks about adoption first instead of buying one. There are so many dogs without homes. You can visit them at –
http://www.dogstrust.org.uk/ where sadly you will see details of just some of the dogs needing homes. They also have a dog sponsorship scheme.
There is also the SSPCA (the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) who need homes for pets, including cats and dogs. Visit them at –

Greyhounds make excellent pets. They are fantastic around children and other dogs.
